Attorney O’Connor is a Senior Associate who focuses primarily on landlord/tenant and civil litigation matters. Attorney O’Connor represents and advises residential property managers in operational matters and in all stages of litigation in summary process, code enforcement, fair housing and various other civil matters.
Attorney O’Connor has many years of experience litigating in District Court, Housing Court, Superior Court and the Land Court. Prior to joining the firm Attorney O’Connor was a Senior Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston’s Inspectional Services Department where he prosecuted violations of the State Sanitary Code, State Building Code and other municipal laws and ordinances and also served as Executive Secretary to the Zoning Board of Appeals. He also has many years of experience litigating personal injury matters.
